Hex Color Codes

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Hex Color Codes, a color and palette app currently available on iOS (the "Service"), provided by Althea Group Company Limited ("Althea Group," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Thailand. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Note: these Terms describe Hex Color Codes version 4.0.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Hex Color Codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. The Service

Hex Color Codes is a color and palette utility that lets you create, save, organize and share colors and five-color palettes. Features, availability, and release timing described on our website are subject to change.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service's core color tools without an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Cloud syncing of your saved colors and palettes depends on authentication and network availability.

4. Public Palettes and User Content

You may publish palettes that become visible to other users of the Service. By publishing a palette, you confirm you have the right to share its content, and you understand it may display its name, colors, and your display name to others. You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. Althea Group may remove public content that violates these Terms. Publishing a color or palette does not grant you ownership over individual HEX or RGB values, which are not proprietary to any user.

5. Purchases

Remove Ads is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (and, from version 4.0, Google Play where applicable) — we do not directly receive your payment-card details. Restore behavior depends on your store account and platform. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's refund policy.

Free users may see advertising served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data may be processed.

We may change, add, or remove functionality, and may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

Hex Color Codes, its software, branding, UI/design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Althea Group and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right to use Althea Group's branding is granted except as necessary to use the Service under these Terms. This does not extend to individual HEX/color values, which are not proprietary.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent preservation of your saved colors or palettes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Althea Group and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination and Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time, including by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or interfere with the Service. You can delete your account and its associated data directly in the app from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us at support@altheagroup.net; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our business operations. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

Althea Group Company Limited is based in Thailand, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
