Hex Color Codes

Althea Group Company Limited ("Althea Group," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Thailand, publishes Hex Color Codes, a color and palette app currently available on iOS (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it's used.

Note: this Policy describes the App as currently published (version 4.0). Contact us using Section 16 below if anything here appears inconsistent with the App's actual behavior.

1. Information You Provide

If you choose to create an account, authentication may be handled through Firebase Authentication using one of the following methods: email and password, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, or anonymous/guest sign-in. Sign in with Apple is also available on iOS, iPadOS and Android. Depending on the method you choose, we may receive your email address, a display name, an authentication identifier, and a profile image URL where the provider makes one available. You are not required to create an account to use the App's core color tools.

3. Public Palettes

If you publish a palette so it can be discovered by other users, that palette becomes public and may display its name, colors, HEX/RGB values, and your display name to other users of the App. Do not publish a palette you don't want visible to others.

4. Analytics and Diagnostics

The App may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage and diagnose crashes. These services may collect usage information, device and app information, and diagnostic/crash data. This information is processed subject to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may process device and ad-related information according to their own policies and applicable user-consent or App Tracking Transparency (ATT) status on your device. 6. Purchases

Remove Ads is a non-consumable in-app purchase available in the App. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (and, from version 4.0, Google Play where applicable). Althea Group does not directly receive your payment-card details.

The currently available version of Hex Color Codes does not include an image-based color picker and does not upload photos to Althea Group's servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers named in this Policy (Firebase, Google AdMob, and the applicable authentication and app-store providers), to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to the App, or as required by law.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Saved colors and palettes associated with your account are retained until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete your account in the app from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account; if you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion from our website. See Delete Your Account for details. Deleting your account removes your Firebase Authentication account, your saved colors (including their favorite status), the palettes you have published (which are deleted entirely and do not remain in Discover) and the profile and account data associated with your account. Remove Ads is tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play account rather than to your Hex Color Codes account, and is not deleted. Apple, Google, Meta, or other providers named in this Policy may retain their own records according to their own policies and legal obligations.

11. Children

Hex Color Codes is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using Section 16 below and we will take steps to delete it.

The third-party services named above may process information on servers located outside Thailand.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy as the App changes, and from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
