Getting Started

  1. Create or edit a color using the color editor.
  2. Save colors you want to keep, with their exact HEX and RGB values.
  3. Favorite the colors you use most.
  4. Group five colors into a palette. Publishing it to Discover needs an account.
  5. Sign in to keep your saved colors available across supported devices, or continue as a Guest.
  6. Browse Discover to see public palettes from other users, search them, and filter them by color.

FAQ

Do I need an account?
No. You can start as a Guest and save and edit colors without creating an account. Guests can build palettes, but publishing a palette to Discover needs an account. Sign in to keep your saved colors available across devices.
How do I sign in?
Version 4.0 supports signing in with email and password, Google, Facebook, and Sign in with Apple on iPhone, iPad and Android, as well as continuing as a Guest.
How do I remove ads?
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase available in the app. Purchases belong to your Apple App Store account on iOS and iPadOS, or your Google Play account on Android, not to your Hex Color Codes account. If a previous purchase is not showing as active, check that you are using the store account that made the purchase. Purchase restoration depends on your store account and platform; contact support below if you need help.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Hex Color Codes 4 is available on Google Play.
I used an earlier version. What happens to my data?
Version 4.0 is an update to the same App Store app. Existing accounts and saved colors are supported, and eligible Remove Ads purchases can be restored. If something doesn't look right after updating, contact support below.

Account & Data

Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account → Review & Delete. The app shows what will be removed, including your saved colors and the palettes you published, and asks you to confirm with Delete Everything. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund Remove Ads, which belongs to the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If you can't open the app, you can request deletion at /hex-color-codes/delete-account or by emailing support@altheagroup.net from the email address associated with your account, or describing how you signed in (email/password, Google, Facebook, Sign in with Apple, or Guest) if you don't have an email on file.
