Donut Circuit Terms of Service — Draft
Operator and applicability
Donut Circuit is operated by Althea Group Co., Ltd. These draft service terms are pending approval. For the iOS application license, see the Apple Standard EULA. These service terms do not replace or contradict that license or mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and permitted use
Use the game lawfully for personal entertainment and follow applicable store rules. REVIEW T1: the owner/legal reviewer must approve the intended audience and any parental permission requirements before these terms take effect.
Availability and accounts
Core gameplay works offline. Guest identity may be created automatically on configured builds. Google/Apple linking, cloud saves and recovery remain subject to release verification; do not rely on them to protect a local save. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another player’s account.
Progress and virtual items
Progress, coins and boosters are gameplay records. They are not represented here as money or redeemable assets. Keep your device data safe; uninstalling or clearing data may destroy local progress. No cross-device recovery guarantee is made.
Optional advertising
If advertisements are enabled, rewarded ads may offer an optional benefit under the displayed conditions. A test ad or completed viewing alone does not prove a reward has been credited. Privacy choices and tracking permissions are separate from ad removal.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
Purchase actions remain gated pending release qualification. If offered, the store will display the applicable product, price and conditions before purchase. Eligible purchases may be restored using the same store account and supported game identity; consumed items and local progress are not promised as restorable. Contact support about entitlement issues and Apple or Google for applicable store refund requests. No paid subscription offering is established by this draft.
Prohibited conduct
Do not exploit bugs, forge transactions or reward claims, bypass security controls, interfere with services, or misuse support. Report suspected errors rather than attempting unauthorized access.
Changes, suspension and termination
Features and availability may change. REVIEW T2: approve notice, suspension, termination and treatment of paid entitlements, subject to applicable law; this draft establishes no unreviewed forfeiture rule. You may stop using the game and request account/data deletion through the linked page.
Deletion and third parties
A deletion request requires ownership verification and is not automatic. External store records and device-only data have separate limitations. Firebase, RevenueCat, advertising and store services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices when used.
Legal review and contact
