How do I play?
Tap a container to release a donut onto the conveyor. Donuts enter eligible containers automatically. Bring four revealed donuts of the same color together to seal a normal container, while watching conveyor capacity.
What should I try if the game stops responding?
Close and reopen the app. Check device volume and game sound settings for audio issues. Install an available update through your original distribution channel. Do not uninstall or clear app data to troubleshoot: local progress may be irrecoverable.
How do I report a bug?
Email the address above with device model, operating-system version, app version, level number and steps to reproduce. A screenshot helps; redact personal information. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details.
Can I recover lost progress?
Keep the app installed and contact support before changing data. Tell us whether this followed an update, device change or storage problem. Cloud recovery and account linking are not confirmed available; recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Does it work offline?
Core gameplay and locally saved progress work offline. Account, purchase, advertising and any enabled cloud features may require a connection.
Which devices are supported?
Donut Circuit is being prepared for iOS and Android. Final supported devices and minimum operating-system versions will be listed with the approved store release. Contact support with your device details if you encounter an issue.
How do purchases and restoration work?
Availability depends on the version. If Restore purchases is available, use the original Apple or Google store account. Do not repurchase to fix an entitlement problem; contact support. Store refunds are handled through Apple or Google. Local progress and consumed items are not guaranteed to restore.
How do I access or link an account?
Use account controls only if offered in your version. Do not assume a guest save can be recovered using an email address. Contact support if access is lost; never send login credentials. Google and Apple identities must not be assumed interchangeable.
How do I delete data or ask about privacy?
Use the account and data deletion page, which is available without the app. For privacy questions, email support or read the draft privacy policy. No release level count or update schedule is promised here.
