These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of TankBeats, an aquarium tracking and management app for iOS and Android (the "Service"), provided by Althea Group Company Limited ("Althea Group," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Thailand. TankBeats has not yet been publicly released; these Terms describe the Service as currently designed. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TankBeats, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. The Service

TankBeats is designed to help aquarium keepers record water tests, follow parameter history, and keep aquarium activity organized. TankBeats is currently in development; features, availability, and release timing described on our website are subject to change before and after release.

3. Informational Purpose Only

TankBeats is an organizational and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical or veterinary device or service, does not diagnose aquarium or livestock health conditions, and does not prescribe treatments or dosing. Any target ranges or reference information the Service may show are general, informational reference points only — they are not guarantees of aquarium health or of any specific outcome, and TankBeats does not claim that a recorded change caused a particular result.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and data you enter, for deciding whether and how to dose or treat your aquarium, for following the instructions of the product manufacturers you use, and for your own aquarium-maintenance decisions. TankBeats is a tool to help you organize and review your own records — it does not make these decisions for you.

5. Accounts

TankBeats is not currently designed to require a user account to use its core tracking features. If accounts are introduced, this section will be updated before that feature is released to describe account creation, security, and related responsibilities.

6. Subscriptions and Paid Features

TankBeats does not currently publish pricing, and no subscription or paid-feature terms are in effect. If paid plans are introduced, this section will describe billing, renewal, and cancellation terms consistent with the applicable app store's requirements before those plans become available.

7. User Data

Our handling of information you provide is described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, TankBeats is designed around local-first storage, with aquarium data you enter intended to be stored on your device.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not, except where applicable law expressly permits it:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service beyond your own personal use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service;
• interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass its security;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity; or
• rely on the Service as medical, veterinary, or professional advice, or represent its output as such to others.

9. Service Availability

TankBeats is in development. We may change, delay, add, or remove planned functionality before release, and no specific release date is guaranteed. Once released, we may still suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

TankBeats does not currently integrate a third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or cloud-service provider. If that changes, this section and the Privacy Policy will be updated to name them before the change takes effect.

11. Intellectual Property

TankBeats, its software, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Althea Group and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right to use Althea Group's branding is granted except as necessary to use the Service under these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee aquarium health, scientifically certain outcomes, that a target range guarantees health, or that any recorded or observed change will produce a specific result. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent preservation of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Althea Group and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, including by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to any account-based or online features (if introduced) if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or interfere with the Service. Because TankBeats' data model is local-first, uninstalling the Service is expected to remove locally stored aquarium data from that device.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our business operations. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law

Althea Group Company Limited is based in Thailand, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
