Althea Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Bangkok, Thailand on 24 January 2025.
From that date, the owner of Mina Pool Villa Pattaya authorized Althea Group to manage the property. Mina already existed before Althea Group was established. The villa is privately owned; Althea Group manages the property and does not own it.
