Bring the whole family or a group of friends to Mina Pool Villa Pattaya — a spacious retreat in Huai Yai, Na Jomtien, about 7.5 km (roughly a 15-minute drive) from Jomtien Beach. Four bedrooms sleep up to 17 guests, and everyone shares a private chlorine pool with a waterslide and waterfall wall, an outdoor karaoke setup with a JBL sound system, a full-size pool table, and a private outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa: all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the pool and water slide, pool table, karaoke area, kitchen, BBQ zone and every shared living space — plus free on-site parking for up to 4 cars. A staff member meets you at the villa for check-in, between 2:00 and 8:00 PM.

Yes — a refundable ฿3,000 cash deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out if there is no damage or need for extra cleaning.

Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, when a staff member meets you at the villa to check you in; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are ฿1,000 per hour on request.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome for ฿500 per pet per stay. Assistance animals are always allowed.
