King's Cup

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of King's Cup (the "App"), operated by Althea Group Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Thailand (Registration No. 0105568020042). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

King's Cup digitizes the classic party card game for use at social gatherings among adults. The App includes two gameplay modes and is intended for entertainment purposes only.

2. Age Requirement

The App is intended for a mature audience and is available to users aged 17 and older on iOS, and 18 and older on Android. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.

3. Responsible Use

King's Cup is a game intended for entertainment purposes. Dares and prompts shown in the App are optional and may be adapted, modified, or skipped at any time. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, conduct, and safety, and the safety of others, while using the App. We are not liable for any injury, harm, or damage arising from use of the App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase, which permanently disables banner and interstitial advertising. This is a non-consumable, non-subscription purchase. All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Purchases can be restored on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

5. Advertising

Unless you have purchased "Remove Ads," the App displays advertising served by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, and code, is the property of Althea Group Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Althea Group Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
