King's Cup ("the App") is operated by Althea Group Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Thailand (Registration No. 0105568020042). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We do not directly collect or store personal information. The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following automatically: device identifiers (including Apple IDFA on iOS and Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address and approximate location, and device type, OS version, and app usage data.

On iOS, the App requests permission to track your advertising identifier via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may decline this request and the App will continue to function.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertising. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store any payment information.

How This Information Is Used

Data collected by AdMob is used to serve relevant advertisements. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond ad delivery and app analytics.

Data Retention

We do not store user data on our own servers. Data collected by AdMob is subject to Google's retention policies.

Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Age Rating

The App is intended for a mature audience and is rated 17+ on the App Store and 18+ on Google Play.
